How do I Change My Account Email or Phone Number?

Changing Contact Information (email address for login and phone number) Associated with Your Account:

You can update or edit your phone number and email address from within your Field Agent app. 

In order to change your credentials for your account (email address or phone number), follow the steps below. 

- Open your "Account" page from the app menu

- Select, "Settings"

- Then select, "Contact Info"

From there you will see that you are able to edit your email address and your phone number associated with your account.  When updating, just follow the instructions in the account.  

The W9 verification job keeps populating no how many times I complete it. Is this normal?

The W-9 Verification task is simply a permanent placement once an account has earned over $550 in a calendar year until a W-9 is submitted and processed. If you have earned $550 or more in this calendar year, you will continue to have this task available in your search until we receive your W-9 and process that in our system.

Once our system processes and confirms receipt of the W-9, your job search screen will fill again, and that W-9 Verification task will go away. 

How can I set up direct deposit with my PayPal Cash Card?

There is a simple way to set up direct deposit with your PayPal Cash Card:

- Click the Settings icon.

- Click Set up or view direct deposit link.

- You’ll be provided with a PayPal assigned account number and routing number.

- Provide this information to Field Agent in the Account Setup process.

Once it's set up, direct deposit usually takes two pay cycles to begin but can vary across employers.  Please check with your employer for specific timing.

Keep in mind, the account and routing number associated with Direct Deposit are for incoming payments only and cannot be used for outgoing purchases or payments.
