This piece of scrap was probably created by an amateur developer who isn't serious. It's the most useless and non-standard built-in file manager I've ever seen. In my opinion, Huawei's built-in file manager is the best and most user-friendly one out there. This file manager doesn't offer standard options for managing and organizing data. It can't even recognize many common media files. That's why I have to use a third-party file manager instead. What a disappointment.

The app is really good. It would be even better if it had a safe folder and a trash for recovering deleted items. I preferred the first icon, so please put it back.

The app is great, but updating it has been a struggle. For the past two days, it keeps getting stuck at 99% during the update process.

  • Silent Pain
    Silent Pain

The app stops working and affects other apps on the phone when it needs an update. It usually takes 4 to 5 work days before it prompts for the update, meaning that the apps stop working before you can update them.

The problem is that the App interface is too big. For instance, when I want to rename a file by holding down on it for a while, I can only see the cancel option but not the ok option. Other than this issue, I haven't found any other problems with it.

This File Manager app was really great before. We could easily find our files. But now, we can't copy, cut, or paste anything. If they don't fix this soon, many people will stop using the app. Please, fix it to make users happy. Thank you.
