    Picture this - you're all set to play the game, excited and ready to go. But just as you start, it suddenly freezes up and crashes out of nowhere. It's like a game of chance, with most of the freeze-ups happening right at the start on the title screen. If somehow you manage to make it past that hurdle, you're still not out of the woods. Any little thing you tap on in the game's interface could potentially bring everything crashing down. There's no clear rhyme or reason to these crashes, they feel totally unpredictable. Every time you click something, it's like holding your breath, anxious about when the next crash might strike.

    I began playing this game when it was released and I must say, I am a big fan of it. But I have been encountering constant crashes on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. These crashes are so frequent that I struggle to even reach the main menu most of the time. And if I do manage to get in, the game often crashes within the first five minutes of gameplay. The support team has communicated to me that they are unable to provide any immediate assistance and can only escalate the issue to their technical team. Fortunately, I have had no issues while playing the game on my Tab 4 tablet. If it weren't for this, I would have missed out on so many in-game events. I will be rating this game one star until these technical difficulties are resolved.

    The game is free-to-play and welcoming. The story is engaging and the characters are fantastic. It's exciting to see collaborations with various anime series and Final Fantasy games. The gameplay reminds me of FFTA, which I love. Everything seems well-balanced so far. Although progress can be tough sometimes, there's always a solution. The UI could use some enhancements as there's too much happening on the screen. Also, the wishing promos are a bit confusing. I wish they were more user-friendly.

    Once upon a time, the game was rated high. But now, things have changed. Each update makes it worse. In the recent emergency maintenance, the situation worsened. Whenever I try to play, the game crashes. I use a recent model of Pixel, not an old phone. I'll wait for them to fix this problem. It's been weeks, maybe even months, and the issue keeps getting worse. I might change my rating to three stars if they don't solve this soon.

    Returning to this game is always exciting. I am constantly amazed at the never-ending list of tasks to complete, and I find genuine satisfaction in grinding away at them. The game is incredibly generous, providing ample opportunities to acquire new characters and resources. During anniversary events, the rewards are particularly bountiful. I appreciate the unique tactical grid combat style of the game; it's a refreshing change for me. The storyline, although presented in a somewhat unconventional format, is engaging enough to keep me interested. Overall, playing this game has once again proven to be a welcome distraction from my everyday routine.
