Concerning the outline of this app:

Fing - Network Tools is one of the best free Wi-Fi analysis tools available for Android devices today.

Used by millions of people around the world, Fing - Network Tools is an app that gives you back full control over your Wi-Fi network. This app allows you to see all devices connected to your network, assign tags to devices, and most importantly to disconnect and ban users that are abusing your Wi-Fi network.

If someone is trying to bombard the system to guess the password (either via decryption software or via a brute-force attack), you’ll get a push notification to your device so you can ban that device’s MAC address and update security protocols.

Want to know where all your data is going? Use the included packet sniffing tools to see what devices are doing on the network; you can even block traffic to specific websites on specific devices to help curb data usage by certain users on the network.

Fing - Network Tools gives you everything you need to analyze, protect and secure your network and devices. Give it a try today and see what it can do for you!

This network scanner used to be really helpful, but it has become less user-friendly with ads and unnecessary features. The interface is confusing now, so I've switched to a different tool that works much better. There are many other options available that outshine this one currently.

I bought a Fingbox to get all the features of Fing, but then they started hiding more features behind a paywall. They filled the interface with tiles and clicks that make you consider paying for premium access. Maybe I can modify the Fingbox to be more useful.

In the past, this app was simple and worked well. However, recently they have been adding unnecessary features, making it too big. Today, I received a notification about preparing my network for the Super Bowl, not sure what that means. So, I deleted the app. If you need a good network scanner, this isn't the one for you.
