Fingerhut Mobile - Shop & manage account

Everything is going well, and I'm excited to make just three more payments for the current item. After that, I'm thinking about getting something new. The payments are manageable, which is a big relief.

People don't seem to like the app much, but I like it a lot. I pay every month, but I can also make extra payments without any issues. Some things on the app may be expensive, but it's helping those who usually can't get credit. So, maybe we shouldn't be too picky. Personally, I've bought some really nice stuff from there and everything arrived as expected. I'm happy with it! 😃

This app is really terrible. When you try to type a letter or press enter, it moves so slow. And loading takes forever. Come on, update your page! It's 2021, but using AOL from 1995 feels just as quick to load. Plus, out of nowhere, the page will just go completely white and then I have to close and reopen it. So irritating!

I really enjoy looking at catalogs and browsing through them. But since it's the 2020s, it's important to familiarize ourselves with our phones. I find the app a bit slow, but I do love the convenience of being able to check out clearance items whenever I want!

I have a love-hate relationship with this app. It works really well, but I find myself buying a lot of stuff! Fingerhut may be a bit more pricey overall, but having the option to finance things when I can't afford them immediately is really helpful. Plus, it helped me get my credit on track. It's kind of funny, but using Fingerhut actually played a part in me being able to buy my house two years ago. I couldn't get credit anywhere else to start building my credit, but every payment I made through Fingerhut contributed to improving my credit score until I had a decent one.

It used to be awesome, but now that it's a web app, it's no good. When you try to sign in, you need to get a code from your email. So you have to switch back and forth between the app and email to get in. It's confusing and needs to be fixed.

So, my wife got herself this purse from this one place. She paid $87 for it, but then they asked her to pay $9.99 every month. Can you believe it? They've now taken more than $300 from her just in these "late" fees. I did some calculating and found out that she could have finished paying for the purse in less than 9 months! As soon as I clear up all my dues, I'm definitely thinking of closing my account. And yes, you can bet I'll be keeping a close eye on everything. Fingerhut? Not to be trusted at all! If you're even a single day behind, they slap on these huge interest charges!

I enjoy using this app because it lets me check my account, compare prices, and shop from home. The tracking feature is helpful and I've never had any issues with my orders. Just wish I didn't have to keep signing in every time on my phone.
