    I downloaded the app in 2022 and it was great. Then, I had to update it after not using it for six months, and in early June 2023, it worked fine. The only problem after updating was that I couldn't order a soda, only bottled water was available even though the soda machine was working at the location. A week later, I tried using the app again and had to update once more. Now, the app is always stuck on 'choose location.' I tried resetting my phone but that didn't help.

    I think online ordering is so frustrating. It never works right for my area and I can't even tell until the very end. I've tried reaching out to customer service and using the app's Help feature multiple times, but they just keep telling me to call the store or order in person. What's the point of having an option to order ahead if I have to do it at the store anyway? I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times, but it hasn't gotten any better.

    The newest update messed up my app on my new android phone. The main screen quickly shows up for 5 seconds then it says "unlicensed account" and shuts down the whole app. I can't access to order or check/use my points, please fix it! EDIT: After a week of the app not functioning, I've finally managed to make it work and got logged in...finally! EDIT: It didn't last long, now it's back to showing the same error message as before.

    Hey there. So, I really liked the subs on this app, they were pretty good. But man, the trouble with it was just too much for me. I ditched it a while back because it was so annoying. After some months, I thought of giving it another shot. But guess what? Still the same frustration. Every time I did something, an error popped up. My WiFi is strong, and my phone is new. Everything else works just fine, it's not about my devices. Apps are supposed to make ordering food easy and quick, right? Ordering should be faster than making the food itself. I might try it out again in a few months, I guess.
