I reached out many times through the app. Each time, it confirmed receipt and promised a response soon. Yet, not a single reply came my way. This feels really frustrating and their customer service lacks any respect!

However, I'm still waiting for the second payout I submitted a month ago. Customer service hasn't responded to my requests. One was three weeks ago, and another was just a couple of days ago.
