You can purchase Gigs with your cleared revenue if you have enough needed to complete the full purchase.

Keep in mind, in cases where the Gig costs more than your cleared revenue, you can not split the purchase between your revenue and one of Fiverr’s payment providers (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.). However, you can purchase a $5 Gig with your revenue—and if needed, add Gig extras before the order becomes active with one of Fiverr’s payment providers.

    So, the thing is, I was trying to delete more gig requests after deleting the first one, you know? But, like, for some reason, the removal button just disappeared. So, I reached out to support and told them all about it, even sent them screenshots to prove I was in the right place. And what do they tell me? They say I should use a computer instead or send them a video showing what I'm doing wrong! Like, come on, just fix the app already and don't act like we users don't know what we're doing, okay?

    I've used Fiverr a lot for different things, like getting help with my CV and getting digital arts and music support. I would say most of the time, around 9 out of 10, I get exactly what I asked for. Even though no platform is perfect, I honestly can't think of a time when I had a bad experience on there. I've probably used it about 40 times and it's been pretty reliable for me.

    I can't believe it! Even with all these updates, there still isn't a button to easily cancel a late order. What's the point of having a message saying "Order is late. You may now cancel order" if we have to go through so many manual steps just to cancel it? It's so frustrating and doesn't make any sense at all! On top of that, their customer service is terrible - you have to switch to the desktop version just to contact support. It's way too complicated and inconvenient!

    The service they offer is just amazing, like a solid 6-star rating, but man, the app itself can be so annoying sometimes. The biggest headache for me was trying to upload images for an artist I was collaborating with, only to find out the app wouldn't let me do it. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even download the finished project once it was done. It turns out I'm not the only one facing these issues; there are loads of forum posts about it. I tried so many suggested solutions, but none of them worked. I have an Android phone, so as a last resort, I asked my wife if I could use her iPhone to download the files, and it worked like a charm. But what if borrowing her phone wasn't an option?

    I've been using this app for my business for more than a year now, and I haven't faced any problems so far. The folks I've interacted with have been really honest and always come through with whatever help I needed. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is that if I switch to another app without closing this one, when I return, it shows "no internet connection".     So, basically, the app keeps freezing and acting up. I mean, here I am with this shiny new Android 13 and the latest update, and still, my messages just won't go through or come in on time. It's so frustrating! And to top it off, there's no way for me to know if someone has even read my message, unlike Whatsapp which has those handy little blue check marks. It's like a guessing game every time I send a message - did they see it or not? This has been a constant headache for me, always feeling like I can't rely on this app.

    I've been using Fiverr since 2018, and I must say, their 'success score' system has really messed up my account. Even though I have loyal clients who keep coming back and give me generous tips, my gigs seem to have been pushed down the search results. It's frustrating to see the same listings from other sellers constantly popping up on every page while mine get buried. I've spent a lot of money, $175 on promotions and $19 every month on Seller Plus, hoping to boost my visibility, but it feels like my efforts are going unnoticed. What's worse is that Fiverr takes a hefty 20% cut from the tips I receive! I tried reaching out to their support team for assistance, but it's been like talking to a brick wall. It's disheartening to know that even if I receive a tip without a review, it can negatively impact my account status. This unfair treatment has left me feeling completely fed up with Fiverr.

    It's pretty easy to find what you need on this platform, but once you've paid for the service, the gig workers expect a tip as well. The frustrating part is that they also wanted to charge me a $3.50 service fee on top of a $10 tip, which I found excessive considering I had already paid a service fee for the initial job. So for an order totaling $34 (including a $10 tip), they were asking for nearly $8 just for the transaction. A 25% service fee makes it seem like Ticketmaster is a charity in comparison! This level of excessive greed just seems unreasonable.

    I love using this app to hire session musicians for my music, and I'm really pleased with how everything turns out. One thing that would make it even better is if I could tip the performer without having to pay an extra service fee at the end. It would be great if they allowed us to tip in advance when we pay for the services (with the option to adjust it later if needed), or simply didn't charge a service fee for tips. But besides that, I think this service is awesome!
