I got 3 devices and said no to the 14-day trial, but later found out I need a subscription for all features. Now I see I'm being charged $99 yearly for a subscription I didn't want. I've tried canceling through the app, Google Play, but can't access the return website. It feels like a scam, taking money even after saying no.

Today I got the FIXD device. Setting it up was simple with the instructions provided. I checked out the error codes and understood the potential problems. One issue was not a big deal, but the other one seemed more serious. Unfortunately, the premium app didn't give me details on the parts needed to fix it or where to go for repairs, or even an idea of how much it might cost. I managed to clear the error codes with the app.

Got a sensor from someone, didn't work. Tried on different phone, still no luck. Customer service said remove sensor in the app, but it won't connect to do that. Frustrating experience! Next time, not going with FIXD.

I got the app when my car kept showing an error message despite mechanics not finding any issue except changing the spark plugs. I chose to pay for premium as I was drawn to the feature of tracking my car's maintenance and repairs. However, the app is not user-friendly! The error has popped up twice more, leading to extra costs for replacements. Also, I am struggling to locate the maintenance section with my previous records or to add new ones.

The company and the app are just terrible! I had to ask them many times before they finally closed my account. And during that time, they charged me again for their premium subscription, even though they said I canceled it too late. Plus, the app is practically useless. It hardly identifies error codes and never fixes them. I usually don't leave negative feedback, but both the company and the app are just huge scams.
