Flat Equalizer - Bass Booster

I've tested out many sound equalizers and boosters, and this one is definitely the best by a long shot. The interface is really neat and straightforward. It's super user-friendly, especially with all the customization choices offered. What's really amazing about this app is that no matter how many boosts or customizations you apply, the sound quality remains top-notch.

I spent days looking for an EQ that works with Spotify. When I found this one, I knew it was perfect. Even though I have Spotify Premium, I wanted more volume from the speaker system connected to my Android. The sound quality is great and I enjoy being able to adjust things. Flat Equalizer looks modern and its user experience is easy to understand. It took me a bit of time to adjust the settings and find the right profile, around twenty minutes. Remember to restart your audio apps after using this one. The equalizer settings may not be very extensive, but you can still achieve some interesting effects. In short, it's a nicely designed simple app that delivers on its promises, especially for YouTube Music.

I installed a lot of equalizer apps before, but this one is the best for me. You just have to adjust the settings once and forget about it. Most presets focus too much on boosting the bass, but they sound terrible! I don't think that's how the original recording was meant to sound. Overall, it's a great free app.

It was really great before, even got 5 stars. But after the last update, it's been kind of annoying. The ads are everywhere now, popping up every time you open the app, some even lasting a whole minute and you can't skip them. I don't really hate ads, but this is just too much. And with the new update, the bass sounds terrible now. It used to be nice and smooth, but now it's all messed up and distorted.

Found exactly what I needed in this app, it works just like I thought it would. The ads are not a big deal, and it's easy to use. My only issue is adjusting the bands can be a bit of a hassle, it'd be better if we could just type the value in. Personally, I'd like 15 bands, but I don't think many others would care about that.

There are some bugs that make it not perfect. Whenever I use Android Auto, the app keeps disconnecting from Spotify and switches to "Global Mix" without applying EQ settings to the sound output. To fix this, I have to close Spotify and the EQ app, then reopen both. During a 30-minute drive, I have to do this around 4 to 5 times. Because of this issue, I won't renew my subscription.

The app was great at first, but suddenly stopped working on my phone after 3 months. It still works fine on my tablet and with Spotify on my phone. The app always affects my music and games, which can be annoying sometimes. The only solution is to turn off the effects.

It boosts the bass, much deeper than I expected from my earphones. I used to think they were low quality. The only problem is that notification sounds sometimes make a dragging noise, so I have to press a button. Now I just turn it off when not using music to avoid that. Good thing is, it doesn't use up battery.
