【FAQ】

■The message "Communication cannot be established" is displayed, and emoticons cannot be searched.

Your keyboard must be connected to the Internet to search for emojis.

However, Xperia's STAMINA mode, Android 6.0's battery saver mode, Eco mode, and other energy-saving apps can interfere with the Internet connection and prevent emojis from being searched correctly. Please turn these features off.

■I want to enter the same characters quickly and continuously

Launch flick from the home screen and select "Flick input" in "Settings > Advanced software keyboard settings > Input methods".

■I want to change the font size of conversion candidates

You can change it by flicking and swiping horizontally from the home screen to "Settings > Transform candidate font sizes."

■I want to call a mushroom application

Please press and hold the character input switch key on the lower left to make a call.

■Cannot perform line breaks on LINE

This is a LINE setting, so open LINE and uncheck "Extras > Settings > Calls/Calls > Press Enter to Send"

■I want to import my favorite expressions from everyone’s expression dictionary

Launch from the home screen and tap "Data Backup > Import from Emoticon Dictiona

【About AI prediction in flick】

This feature offers context-based candidate predictions. The AI prediction process occurs on IO Inc.'s servers in Japan due to its resource-intensive nature. Data analysis is solely done by AI, ensuring privacy. The data is processed and deleted in Japan immediately after use by AI.

【How to use flick】

Follow these steps after downloading:

1.Tap the flick icon on the home screen.

2.Click Next for Easy Set-Up.

3.Enable flick by selecting Enable.

4.Switch to flick by tapping Switch.

5.Complete the setup by clicking Next.

【How to search for emoticons】

1.Type "wa," "ra," "u."

2.Tap the bear (search) icon on the left side.

【About permissions】

- Modify or delete contents on USB devices or SD cards: Used for backing up SD cards.

- Access vibrator: Enables vibrations when touching keys.

【About foreground service】

Foreground service manages image and video saving for themes. It handles image and video processing, uploading, and saving tasks asynchronously.

(In the process, video files are copied, compressed, encoded, and uploaded.)

【About information displayed during installation】

Permissions requested are necessary for app functionality.

Displaying risks during installation is standard for all keyboard applications, not just this one.

This app does not send any text or private data during setup.

With AI prediction enabled, text is sent to AI in Japan for analysis. The text is promptly deleted after being used for prediction. These processes are confined to Japan for data security.
