Terrible experience buying and returning tickets. If something urgent happens, don't expect to get your money back within a week! I missed my lunchtime flight and couldn't afford to pay for a new one because it would take at least two days for the company to refund the money! What's the point of having more expensive tickets and all these extra fees if they can't give you a refund!

When trying to book a train ticket and filling out personal information, the system gives an error because there is no field for birthday.

I keep choosing seats and booking them, but when I try to pay, it says "payment error" and the seats disappear. I can't choose or pay for them anymore. In my orders, these seats are listed as unpaid with the status "processing by the system." What's even more frustrating is that the second time everything goes smoothly, but I end up having to take different seats. It's really annoying.

You are looking for tickets, entering all your details, reaching the payment page, going to check your card details in another app, coming back to Tutu, and it has redirected to the initial page - search and enter everything again!
