FAQ

I haven't received any notification emails from Flitto.

If you have not received notification emails about account verification, revision of the agreement, and point expiration, please check the followings.

- Please check whether your email account is dormant.

- Please check the email storage space provided by your email service. It could be full and thus unable to receive the notification email.

- Please check your email's spam folder. Due to the automatic sorting function, the notification mail could be stored in the spam or trash folder.

- Please check if the email address ending with "flitto.com" is on the blocked address list if you are unable to find the notification email in the spam or trash folder.

Is it possible to make multiple accounts to participate in services or events?

Flitto has a one account per person rule.

We ask for your cooperation since actions will be taken in the case where a single person is found to have participated in any services or events using multiple accounts.

If you need to use a new account, we advise you to delete the current one first.

How does the level system work, and what should I do to be authorized?

The language you chose as your native language will not have any fluency level displayed while the language picked as a secondary language will have the fluency level from Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Fluent.

You can choose the fluency level of the secondary language from My Page > Secondary Language menu.

The fluency level of the selected secondary language has not been confirmed yet. You can get the language level confirmed through the process listed below:

Beginner: N/A

Intermediate: By passing the level test

Advanced: Through Flitto's internal monitoring

Fluent: Through Flitto's internal monitoring

* Internal monitoring is only done by the monitoring team, which frequently checks the history of every user's activities on crowdsourced projects or Arcade.

* Even after getting your fluency level confirmed, it can change from time to time depending on the constant monitoring.

I would like to know why points are expired and how to recover them.

Points purchased and earned is an additional service provided by Flitto. Based on the terms of service agreement with a user, Flitto manages the point service after prescribing a system regarding the point acquisition/use/expiration.

Flitto applies the commercial prescription to the points. Flitto has set a valid period of 5 years (60 months) from the time of purchasing or earning them. Therefore, points that pass 60 months from the month of acquisition become expired under the basis of first-received, first-discarded. Points that are expired once cannot be restored.

When the point expiration period arrives, Flitto informs a user about the expiring points, date of expiration, etc., via an email address registered in the user's account a month prior to the period.

To check your point status, go to "My Page > Point / Payment."
