Return and Exchange Process

1. Create a Return Request

Click on the “Easy Return” button on the My Account > My Orders > Order Details page to start the return process.

2. Return Method

The product you want to return and the reason for return are selected. Then, a return code is created.

3. Packaging

The product and the invoice that comes with the cargo or the e-delivery note on the cargo package are placed in a package. The return code created with the package is shared with the cargo officer.

4. Cargo

The return must be made via cargo within 10 business days at the latest after the return request.
