The loading screen is stuck and won't open. It used to be fine, could always check my ticket with no issues. But since it stopped scanning tickets by 10, the problems started. Now I have to delete the app because it just won't load at all. It's really frustrating how it worked smoothly before but now it's causing so much trouble!

On 5/18/23, the app was briefly working but then stopped loading again. It used to work perfectly - you could scan tickets, view numbers, and get details on scratch-offs. But now, it won't load at all despite reinstalling it.

Tried reinstalling the app, it was fine for a bit but then the issue came back. Can't access promotions easily. Rated it 1 star as it only worked well for 2 weeks and then got stuck on the pink loading page. Couldn't go further from there, tabs were unresponsive and the app froze.

The app is great when it actually works, but lately it's been a rare occasion. Every time I open it, it just stays stuck on the loading page. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, but no luck. I've tested it on mobile data and different Wi-Fi networks too. Please, make it more stable! Update: November 22, 2023. The app still hardly ever loads or works. It's almost like calling it the McDonald's Ice Cream machine app. Why even have it in the store? Really disappointing.

The app is terrible. It won't start on my Samsung phone but usually works fine on my LG tablet. I've tried everything: uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, rebooted my phone, used different networks, and even made some weird sacrifices to the app gods. Nothing has worked. This issue has been happening for over a year now. I've used so many apps before without any problems. It's not like we are launching rockets here.
