How Do I Manage My TutoClub Subscription?

Google Play Store:

• Subscriptions on Google Play Store renew automatically unless unsubscribed.

• To cancel your TutoClub subscription, go to Google Play Store and manage it directly at any time.

• You can also change your payment method.

In the Game:

• Access TutoClub subscription settings via the Profile tab on the sidebar menu.

• Ensure you are signed in.

• You can upgrade current payment plan settings.

• To unsubscribe, click on "Manage Account."

Important: Uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your TutoClub membership. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, charges will continue.

• Ensure the device is logged in with the Google Play Store account that made the original purchase.

• The subscription will be automatically restored upon reinstallation of the game.

How To Pause My TutoClub Subscription?

• Tap the profile icon at the top right.

• Select “Payments & subscriptions” and then “Subscriptions.”

• Choose the subscription you wish to pause.

• Tap “Manage” and then “Pause payments.”

• Set the desired time period to pause payments.

• Confirm your choice.

• Other games will recognize your details and offer unlocked content and no ads as long as your membership is active.

How Do I Request a Refund?

• Requests can be made within 48 hours of purchase.

• Locate your Order Number from the Order Receipt email from Google Play.

• Submit your request by filling out our support form or emailing support@tutotoons.com with "Refund Request" as the subject line and your order number in the body.
