FlyGaruda - Book flights easily

So, this app is pretty good overall. However, the Garuda Miles part doesn't update info right away.

The app is good but has limited use. It's handy for booking flights and checking in, but you can't add your upcoming trips; the option doesn't work. Other airlines like SQ or Qantas automatically add your upcoming trips. You can't manage your bookings from the app, and forget about using Garuda Miles - couldn't check anything this morning.

Can't log in. App crashes and deactivates. Like flying with Garuda. Disappointed with app. Hope they fix before next trip.

The new app is not stable. I can't see how far I've traveled because the app keeps crashing. Also, every time I update it, my trip record gets deleted. There are a lot of bugs too. I wouldn't suggest updating from the old reliable version if these issues persist.

You need to add the same passenger twice because the system requires separate entries for each leg of the journey.

Booking with Garuda is simple and convenient. Great job, Garuda, our national airline!

You know that app I use for my flights? It keeps logging me out, which is annoying. And when I try to add a trip, it always fails without any explanation. It's really frustrating, especially since it's for a big airline like Garuda. I fly a lot, but this app isn't really helping me like it's supposed to.

New interface is awesome! I can do everything in my Garuda Miles account: check miles, redeem, and add trips. The app is a 5-star like the airline. I even got a voucher code from a game. Thanks!

Things are going fine. The Trip feature isn't working well for me. When I try to check it, the screen doesn't display any details about my trips. I installed this app mainly to get reminders about my upcoming flights, but sadly, this main feature isn't working as it should.

You found the app really helpful, but sometimes it fails when you try to add a trip. You think they should fix this issue. It's been a while since your last review and nothing has changed. You still think it's a good app, and you received an email after you left a negative review. However, there have been no significant improvements. That's unfortunate.
