    Using this is super simple! I don't know how many doctors are using a similar system, but it's fantastic. I can message my doctor anytime, ask for prescription refills, see and organize appointments, and more. It's much more convenient for busy adults who are working to access medical care this way instead of finding time to call, schedule appointments, or ask quick questions.

    That's awesome! It feels good to track labs and get lab reports quickly. I'm struggling a bit with the messaging feature on the app though. Not sure if my messages are reaching the right person. Maybe it's my mistake, not sure. I've lost some long emails to providers each time I sent them. They disappeared after hitting send. But I'm getting all incoming messages just fine. Really liking this app!

    It seems that you can't print multiple test results in one document. You can only see them one by one in the app, which is not useful for patients who want to save their records or share them with others. This is a major issue. The developer advises printing from a PC, but the website states that results must be printed separately online.

    I have been using this medical app for a while and it's the best one I've tried. Some are really bad, believe me. This app is easy to use with a nice interface, and the overall experience is great. I enjoy being able to message my doctor or schedule appointments, even at 2 in the morning when I can't sleep.

    Super convenient app! It looks great and has tons of helpful stuff. However, the part I'm not a fan of is how my Healthcare Provider lets individual services choose if they want to participate or not. So, sometimes I have to call to book appointments and wait on hold, and I end up not getting any updates from my doctor.

    Using the app to communicate with my doctors has been great. It's so easy and convenient. I really like that aspect the most. The team is excellent, but good communication is essential. I find it simple to add appointments to my calendar with just one click and to quickly cancel or reschedule them. So far, everything has been smooth without any issues.

    I've used this app for a few years and it's been really great. It's easy to use, has lots of options, and most importantly, keeps you updated. You often get your results before your doctor contacts you if they're using the app too. The only issue is that sometimes the server doesn't work so things won't load, but you can still move around the app. Nothing's perfect, but this app is pretty close.
