Oh no, I had the worst experience with their customer service! They are terrible - don't even bother waiting for a reply to your email or trying to reach them by phone. It all started with my order getting charged twice, even though I got a message saying the first payment didn't go through. They then tried to deliver the food two times. When I told them about the payment issue and how my order was still pending, they refused to give me a refund because the second attempt was after 4 minutes. Such dishonesty in business practices!

So, I started using the app when it first arrived in Canada and now that it's all settled and working smoothly, it's been awesome. I really wish there was a way for me to rate the drivers because they truly deserve it. Almost all of the drivers I've had have been wonderful - they are polite, clean, and always on time.

The problem is not with the app itself, but with how poorly expectations are handled. I have used this app to order food several times, and nearly two out of three times, the delivery was very delayed. It is really frustrating when they say it will be delivered in 30 minutes, but it actually takes over an hour. This becomes problematic especially when dealing with hungry individuals. If you were aware beforehand that it could take an hour for the food to arrive, you might opt for something else or mentally prepare yourself for the delay.

This service costs a lot of money and the delivery guys are not very good at their job. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to deliver and it can even get longer after I place an order. The customer service is confusing and doesn't really help. I am really disappointed with this app and will stop using it after writing this review.

Oh no, the app was so buggy! It placed an order incorrectly because of lags and bugs. I got charged even though the restaurant was closed, and there was no in-app confirmation. I reached out to Customer Support through the app but never heard back. I'm moving to UberEats for more reliable and faster service. Time to uninstall this app.

I had a terrible experience with the latest version 21.02.0. It is full of bugs. I can't log in, and the restaurant menus that I could see on the desktop version are not showing up. I keep seeing the error message "Something went wrong! Please try again." I tried on different phones, but the error continues. Because of this, I can't use my discount vouchers.

Don't use this app, it's a waste of time. I waited forever and they can't even keep your payment info. The workers blame your card but it's their buggy app. They only deliver from one store in Ottawa. I gave it another shot, but had to wait way too long. When I tried to cancel, the guy messed up and ignored me for ages.
