General Payment Schedule:
Payments scheduled for a Saturday will be issued on the preceding Friday.
Payments scheduled for a Sunday will be made the following Monday.
Payments scheduled for a public holiday will issued on the next working day.
Payments due on the 25th, 26th, or 27th of December 2024 will issued on the 23rd of December.
More than Six Months
If you have not received a response or decision within six months from the application date, send a letter of appeal giving us four weeks to reply. Provide your name, personal identity number, address, phone number and what benefit you applied for. Send your letter to: Försäkringskassans Inläsningscentral
Issues when using an external keyboard
1. iOS
- Focus does not always move correctly. This should work better for devices running iOS17, as Apple has improved the accessibility of its own components.
- Validation does not work when the user leaves the text fields. Most often, validation works when the user returns to the text field. This issue occurs when Voice Over is disabled.
- The focus indicator can sometimes end up on the wrong field when users tab between hours and minutes.
- The focus indicator for the external keyboard sometimes ends up directly on the continue button, which means that the user needs to navigate back to reach the elements that need to be filled in.
- If the user leaves the "Questions we need to ask" view, the focus indicator can get stuck when the next view is presented. It is enough to navigate one step to solve this.
2. Android
- When Talkback is disabled, the focus indicator can disappear in the payouts view. If this happens, the focus indicator has ended up on the previous view and it is possible to tab forward again if you tab through all payments until you are back to the view that is in the picture.
- When Talkback is inactive, the focus indicator has poorer contrast than it should have. This is a problem that is linked to Android's components and it mainly applies when the user is selecting a date.
- Some buttons cannot be activated/pressed with the space key, in some cases it works with the enter key instead. This is a problem that is unfortunately linked to Android's components.
3. iOS and Android
- In some views there is a function for dragging and dropping objects to update a list further down in the view. This applies to Payments and Cases, for example. This function does not work when an external keyboard is used.
