1. What is the list of TV channels available on FPT Play box?

With FPT Play box, customers can watch up to 150 domestic and international special TV channels, including various groups of channels such as: VTV HD, HTV HD,VTC, THVL, etc. 

2. What kinds of movies does FPT Play box offer?

FPT Play box offers a variety of series movies, feature movies, TV series and comedies from various countries with constant update. 

3. Can I use FPT Play box abroad? When viewed abroad, are the TV channels or contents the same as those in Vietnam?

FPT Play box can be used abroad. However, some TV channels and contents when viewed abroad will comply with the local regulations.  Groups of channels which can be viewed abroad: Local channels, channels about politics and the National Assembly

4. Does FPT play box provide the rebroadcasting feature?

FPT Play box allows users to watch TV programs that they have missed during the past 72 hours, including the following channels: htv3, htv2hd, htv7hd, vinhlong1, vinhlong2, and letsviet

5. Can I watch the Premier League matches with FPT play box?

FPT Play box broadcasts the 2017-2018 Premier League matches for free every Saturday and Sunday. In addition, the Box also offers live broadcasts of the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2017

6. Does FPT Play box offer foreign channels?

10. Why is that the text is there on the remote but action is unsuccessful?

The feature has not been updated. During this time, customers still use virtual keyboard

11. Is FPT Play box compatible with TVs of older generation or CRT TVs?

FPT Play box is compatible with TVs of older generation or CRT TVs if they are equipped with an AV or HDMI port

12. I am using the Internet services of VNPT, Viettel, SCTV, etc. Can my FPT Play box be connected?

FPT Play box can connect to all Internet providers via LAN or WIFI

13. When FPT Play box is connected via wifi, will it affect the image and sound quality of the box?

When FPT Play box is connected via wifi, it will not affect the image and sound quality of FPT Play box. However, you should check the stability of your home wifi

14. Can I bring FPT Play box along when moving away?

FPT Play box has a compact design so you can use it at anywhere

15. Can FPT Play box be connected to projectors?

FPT Play box can be connected to a projector if the projector has an HDMI port. If your projector has a VGA port instead of an HDMI port, you needs to have a VGA to HDMI converter

16. Does FPT Play box support mouse and keyboard?

FPT Play box supports mouse and keyboard through the USB port on the box

17. What is the speed of Internet connection required to ensure smooth operation of the box?

In order to maintain smooth operation of the box without interruption, the Internet connection must be at 6Mbps or more

18. Does FPT Play box support 5.1 sound? And how to use it?

FPT Play box supports 5.1 sound, however, it must use an intermediate device that supports the 5.1 standard such as a TV, an amplifier, etc. and connect through an HDMI port.

19. Can I watch 4K movies with the box? Does it deliver Ultra HD, Blu-ray high-quality images?

FPT Play box supports high quality video standards like Ultra HD, Blu-ray in such formats as MP3, MP4, MKV, WAV, etc.
