FAQ

How do I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make amendments or cancel orders.

We do ask that all orders are checked, as once payment has been completed, no changes can be made.

If you have placed an order for a future delivery date the Customer Happiness Team may be able to amend this date on some occasions. Please get in touch if you require help with changing a future delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Express Tracked - if this option was selected you will receive a confirmation email from the courier service giving a tracking number and the option to track your item

Standard Tracked - if this option was selected you will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail giving a tracking number and the option to track your item

Special Delivery - Guaranteed Tracked - if this option was selected, you will receive an email from Funky Pigeon after despatch giving a tracking number - just enter your order number below to track your order or visit our "Where's my Order"page

My order still hasn't arrived!

If your order was sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked), please note that we do state it can take up to 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.

If your order was sent by Express Tracked or Standard Tracked then you should have received an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Any items sent using Guaranteed Tracked will have a tracking number sent out by email so that you can track your order

If the item has still not been received with applicable timescale, please click CONTACT FORM and always include your ORDER NUMBER and we will respond ASAP and do our best to help to resolve the issue.

Can I send items to Canada?

Canada Post has been on strike since the morning of Friday, 15th November. Unfortunately, due to this, Royal Mail has suspended all services to Canada starting from 27th November until further notice.

When will my order be sent?

All card orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday with the Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) delivery option, will be posted the same day (unless a future delivery date is specified at time of order). Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be posted on the next available working day. Some personalised orders are excluded from same day dispatch.

All card orders placed by 9.30pm Monday to Friday or on Sundays with Express Tracked or Standard Tracked delivery option, will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 9.30pm will be posted the next available posting day.

All Gifts orders are subject to different dispatch times depending on the product and the delivery method - these are shown at the time of purchase and on the Delivery Information page.
