    The device works well. We bought it for the extra features like 360° Audio but it doesn't have them nor does it offer the gaming mode for non-Samsung users. Samsung, please make all features available to non-Samsung users.

    The app on my Pixel 6 Pro suddenly stopped working. I can connect and use my earbuds, but the app keeps saying, "Your earbuds aren't connected to your phone."

    Oh no, the Moto G Stylus isn't cooperating after the recent update! It keeps insisting I need to update even though I already did. The app just won't open and now my earbuds are useless. I spent $200 on this and it's really frustrating that it's not working properly.

    I had a really great experience with the new update, however there's one thing that bothers me. The settings for one of the earbuds are only accessible through the accessibility tab. Unfortunately, that tab keeps crashing on my Android 11 OnePlus 6t. Fortunately, the settings are saved on the earbuds themselves and not on the phone, so I could adjust them using another device. It's a bit frustrating to have to use another device just to manage such basic functions.

    When I tried to connect my smart watch to my phone, it asked for access to my messages and contacts. I wasn't keen on sharing all this info, but refusing any permission would stop the sync. Surprisingly, my earbuds also requested access to similar details. Why would they need access to contacts and photos when all I want is to listen to music? It's a hassle.

    The earbuds are performing well, but the "Block Touches" button keeps switching off by itself often. I specifically want it to remain on all the time because I never use the touch controls and have absolutely no intention of doing so. It's really irritating and quite disappointing, especially considering the price of the earbuds.

    I'm frustrated that I can't use the app without giving permission for everything. It's ridiculous, it's just a stupid earbud. Why would they need to access my contacts, calls, messages, location, storage? This is crazy! I'm not buying Samsung products anymore. They must be spying on us, like Chinese apps.

    It's not good to see so many requests for permissions like access to your files and media. I don't get why they really need that kind of info, it feels like they're trying to collect personal data from you. I mean, a big brand like Samsung shouldn't be doing this kind of thing.
