Galaxy Watch5 Plugin - Watch updates & management

Hey team, I own a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. Can you work on making the app more stable? After updating it from the Play Store, my watch got disconnected and now I can't reconnect it. I've already tried resetting both the watch and the app, but it didn't help. Can you please resolve this problem quickly?

I wanted to get a mobile data plan for my Galaxy 5 LTE watch, but when I tried to add it, an error popped up saying the Three mobile network is not compatible. However, on the Three website, they mention that the watch is supported. Unfortunately, I'm unable to proceed with adding a mobile data plan manually because the app keeps giving me an error code -1 and doesn't let me go any further. It's really frustrating.

So, there's this plugin that keeps popping up on top of my other apps all the time. It's a real pain because it makes them crash or gets in the way of what I'm doing. And seriously, who writes a release note saying "fixed the problem"? That doesn't tell me anything! I mean, in my line of work in software, my coworkers would not be happy if I put that kind of vague message in our commit notes, let alone in the release notes. Obviously, they didn't fix the issue I'm having with this annoying plugin.

You took off my watch, put it back on and now it won't even stay open to connect with my watch. I'm overseas, almost missed a flight because it's not syncing with the phone. This app is terrible.

It's strange. Your phone shouldn't be too old. You tried to open the app, right? But it just goes away and you can't find it anywhere? Even though you were able to download it without any trouble.

Oh man, this app is just the pits. My watch just keeps throwing a fit and needs to be reset every single time my phone and watch get disconnected for more than a minute. You'd expect a company worth billions to make apps that actually work, but it's just not the case here. Hands down the worst app ordeal I've ever had, no doubt about it!
