- Downloading applications and modifying settings

- Tracking your watch's location

- Customizing notification types and settings, among others.

Pair your earbuds to an Android device with the Galaxy Wearable app

Pairing your Galaxy Buds to your phone or tablet with the Galaxy Wearable app is practically effortless. If you've already paired your earbuds with a phone or tablet, just open the charging case to reconnect them.

1. To connect a new pair, navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Start. Place your earbuds in the charging case, close the lid for 5-6 seconds, and then open the case.

2. When your device is spotted, select it, and then pairing and setup will begin.

3. When a pop-up message appears, tap OK to confirm the pairing.

4. If you want to disconnect the earbuds from your phone or tablet manually, open the Galaxy Wearable app, tap the Menu icon, and then select Disconnect (the icon may look like a chain link). If prompted, tap Disconnect again to confirm.

These connection steps only work if this is the first device you are pairing with the Galaxy Wearable app. If you want to pair an additional device, open the Galaxy Wearable app, tap the Menu icon, and then tap Add new device. Make sure your earbuds are in pairing mode by inserting them into your ears and holding both touchpads for a few seconds. Next, select them from the list of available devices.

To take full advantage of its features, install the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device and connect your wearable devices via Bluetooth.

Many users feel the same frustrations. The app pops up unexpectedly, disrupting whatever activity is happening on the phone. Once you open the app, it freezes. The watch disconnects at random times, rendering the app useless. After the year changed to 2024, a hope lingered that these issues would see resolution, yet nothing seems to have improved. Many chose Samsung for its promise of updates and reliability with smartwatches, but disappointment lingers.

I quit getting notifications from my watch. I managed to force an update, which helped for a bit. Then, I reset the watch, but now the wearable app crashes every time I try to add it. The app just won't reopen. I'm stuck paying monthly for a watch that feels like a paperweight. Looks like I'll have to switch to a competitor's watch if Samsung won't make it work with my Pixel.

The app impresses me a lot. Personalization options could definitely use a boost. More editable interactions with gear, like the Galaxy Buds+, would give Samsung a clear advantage over Apple. A specific feature stands out. Enabling or disabling the touchscreen directly from the earbuds would add great value. Imagine adding a triple-tap feature on the edge of the earbud. That change would enhance usability significantly.

After updating the wearable app on my Galaxy A34, everything got wiped clean. The phone no longer remembers its connection to my Galaxy Watch 6 LTE. The app looks brand new and wants me to pair my watch again. Unfortunately, I can't get the watch to connect. During the pairing process, the connection drops unexpectedly. The feature for transferring from a new phone also fails midway. It keeps saying it couldn't set up the watch, that the connection failed. It's frustrating.

My phone is going crazy! It keeps opening this one app on its own. Other apps just force close, and my phone glitches like it’s stuck in a loop. I even restarted it, but nothing changes. This all started after I downloaded the apps for my new Galaxy watch. It’s so frustrating. I’m just trying to call or text, and suddenly this app pops up again, messing everything up. I need a solution fast.
