How can I recover lost files?

In order to protect your private files, all date added to Gallery Vault are saved and encrypted in your own device. If you haven't deleted Gallery Vault date or change phone, you can use feature 'Find Lost Files' to find them back in Gallery Vault Setting.

How to launch when I hide icon?

Method 1: Launch from Fancycleaner, open Fancycleaner and slide to the 2nd page "Advanced" to launch GalleryVault. Click to download "FancyCleaner"

Method 2: Launch from Browser, visit http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv in the built-in browser.

Method 3: Launch by Manage Space Button, go to the APP info page (Setting>>Apps>>GalleryVault) to tap Manage Space button. (Android 9.0 user should tap clear storage button.)

How can I change password?

1. Slide to the 3rd page in GalleryVault;

2. Setting >> Change Password;

3. Confirm your password;

4. Reset new password and remember it.
