The new app design is terrible. The dark mode is not functioning properly as everything has a white background. Only the ribbons at the top and bottom are dark. The app is slow and keeps glitching. It seems like they did it lazily and cheaply. It looks like they just squeezed the website mobile view between the ribbons and called it a day. It's really bad.

Sometimes there are glitches and issues with the Cart, like items showing as being in there when they're not, or vice versa. Updates have been frequent lately, so hopefully they will fix these problems. Apart from that, and a few check-in location problems, it's pretty good. It's excellent for ordering Pick-ups and keeping track of inventory.

This app stands out from others because it asked separately if I wanted to be enrolled in auto-renewal when I bought the power up rewards pro plan. In order to agree, I had to read through the text first since the box was not clickable until I scrolled through it. This level of transparency and thoughtfulness is what made me decide to check that auto-renew box.

The website's loading is pretty sluggish. I was attempting to buy something, but the transaction just wouldn't process. What's more, I'm kind of bummed out that there's no option to add items to my favorites or save them for later if I'm not ready to make a purchase right away. And hey, could you please add more game pictures and actual gameplay trailers like what's on the desktop site?

The app would not begin, showing an error saying "Something went wrong" and giving the option to restart. Despite restarting, the same error kept occurring. Once that was fixed, new issues arose. Unable to log in and not receiving the password reset email that supposedly was sent. How tough is it to create a working app in 2023? Latest update: reducing rating to one star because now all my order history has vanished. No way to see any details about the anticipated delivery order.

Hey, did you notice how the app has become even slower and more confusing than the website? It used to be easy to find things with just 2 clicks, but now it takes 8! And some products can't be found at all because there are no filters for them. The app can't even be moved to an SD card. The savings and discount calculations are all messed up too. This is not the way to treat your customers who are already leaving in droves.

My app used to have many features, but they took most of them away. I can't check in every day like before to earn at least 5 points. It takes a long time to load anything, even though my internet is good. Lately, it shows items as in stock, but when you go to your cart, it says they're not available. It also shows items as added when they're not. With each update, it keeps getting worse. I do like the new look, but unless they fix many things, it's not very useful.

Whenever I search on the app, it sometimes freezes when I try to use the filters. Sadly, there are instances where it displays an item as in stock, only to find out it's out of stock and not available at my store once I click on it. It would be great to have a simple way to quickly see what can be shipped or is within your area without manually checking each item. It gets frustrating having to go back and not being taken directly to your search results each time.
