1. What should I do if I cannot receive SMS or email verification code when logging into AutoNavi Open Platform?

SMS Verification Code

If you cannot receive SMS verification code, it is recommended that you check the phone settings according to the following steps.

  1. Please check the phone signal or try again.

  2. Please verify whether your phone has enabled system SMS blocking or installed some SMS blocking software. It is recommended that you change a phone and install a SIM card to try again, or open the SMS blocking software to check the blocked SMS.

  3. The SMS center number setting methods for each model are different. It is recommended that you consult the local communication operator to verify whether the SMS center number in the phone is set correctly. (Mobile 10086; Unicom 10010; Telecom 10000)

Email Verification Code

2. Why does it prompt "Order has timed out" when paying?

After the order is generated, payment must be completed within 7 days. If the time limit is exceeded, the payment will prompt "Order has timed out". At this time, the order can no longer be paid. It is recommended that you place a new order to complete the purchase.

3. Why does the bank card have been deducted, but the transaction status still shows "unpaid"?

The bank card has been deducted, but the order in the console order center still shows "unpaid". It is generally due to data delays caused by busy network.

It is recommended that you wait a few minutes and then re-enter the console to check whether the order status has changed to "paid". If it has changed, it proves that the order transaction is successful and the service you purchased can be used. If the order status always shows "unpaid" and your bank card has a deduction record, the system will generally automatically refund you on the second working day.

When there is a deduction but the order status is unpaid, please contact us in time through the work order.
