Getcontact - Caller ID & spam blocker

So, you went ahead and signed up for the premium subscription with Google Play using your Umobile prepaid credit but it hasn't activated yet, even though the payment was deducted from your account. Google Play charged you RM12.99 for the one-month subscription, and you received a purchase receipt via email. If they're not going to upgrade you to premium, you're asking for your credit balance to be returned since it feels like you paid for something without getting any benefit. That does sound really unfair.

This app is like a true caller ID helper, it doesn't ask for too many permissions, which is great! It seems to be heading in the right direction, and I really hope it won't turn into one of those irritating caller ID apps we've seen before.

So, I allowed "Call logs" access for this App to see my call history, but still Getcontact couldn't view them. And it's asking to be the default phone app to show call logs, which other similar apps don't require. It feels like they are trying to deceive users. The response from the developer didn't address the issue. It's not about privacy - I could set Getcontact as default temporarily and get the logs, but why force me to do this?

So last month, I decided to cancel my Getcontact premium subscription because it was costing me too much money. But somehow, I still got charged automatically because my card details were already saved in the app. I tried looking for a way to stop the premium service but couldn't figure it out. I hope the admin can make it easier to manage subscriptions in the app.

I tried to reach out to your support team via email, but I was directed to a "report a problem" support page instead. After filling out all the required fields and sending my inquiry, I received a response saying, "This could be a temporary issue. Please try again later." I made several attempts but with no success.
