    It took me three tries to realize I couldn't book the journey ahead of time because it's too short. They suggested booking when I'm ready, but that doesn't work for us because taxis never come without pre-booking. Also, I don't get why there's a 3-mile minimum for pre-booking instead of just raising the minimum fare to equal 3 miles.

    Experience good in general. Have suggestion for improvement: add button to request cancellation if driver asks via phone call. Recently, driver requested me to cancel the ride on call (not sure why he couldn't do it), but when I did as asked, got charged due to time delay. Caused frustration.

    I'm from India. I booked a cab for the first time in Israel using this app. I chose to pay by credit card, but the driver asked me to pay in cash. Even though the money was deducted from my credit card later on, the issue was not resolved by customer support. The driver had difficulty speaking English. It was a terrible experience and I don't recommend it. They still haven't fixed the problem after my complaint and now they've blocked my account.

    One day, I used this app for a ride to work. The driver picked me up and asked if it was okay to also pick up his friend. I said yes, but we had to wait for his friend and took a different route than what was expected. When I tried to contact support through the app to complain, they only replied at night. Eventually, they decided to issue a partial refund. Better avoid using this service!

    I got hit with some ridiculous hidden charges! They added on a whopping 65% to the final price on the meter. The app said the fare was just an estimate, but when it turned out to be lower than what they estimated, they tacked on an extra 9£ for a so-called "technology fee." I'm definitely steering clear of them from now on!

    The app keeps moving me to the wrong location. Another company charged me extra for a failed booking and then for the whole trip on the second try. I tried to get a refund with no luck. Not happy with their service. I don't want to use the customer chat because I have to reinstall it. They haven't responded to my emails yet, so maybe they should start there.

    I love using this taxi app since I have a disability and often rely on my wheelchair. The cab drivers have all been amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately, the regular service I usually use with a discounted card from the council has disappointed me a few times. But with GETT, I always know they'll come through for me. Their customer service is top-notch and they will do whatever it takes to make things right if you're not satisfied. So, big thanks to GETT - please keep up the great work!

    Rides are now being charged based on the meter. It's fair. Someone should inform Google Maps to update their fare estimates. Google Maps said the ride would be $4 to $7, but it actually cost more than $11, even though there wasn't much traffic on the way.

    They said I can't use less than £10, but that wasn't clear. My £6 trip ended up costing me £10. And in response to what the developers said - they mentioned that the driver keeps the extra money! But it was actually the driver who advised me to try another app to avoid an admin fee. Doesn't sound like the driver is benefiting from the extra money to me.

    The app is great, very easy to use. But the customer service isn't that good. I had a problem with a driver who was rude to me when I canceled my order soon after placing it. I complained and requested not to have that driver again, but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
