I ordered something but it never showed up. Gilt says it's been shipped, but the tracking only shows that a shipping label was made. I tried to cancel, but they said it's being handled by a third-party warehouse and has already been sent out by Gilt. Why do you sell things you can't manage properly? This is very disappointing.

I enjoy looking at stuff in the shops, but I never really get around to buying anything. The main issue for me is that many items only show one picture. I feel like this lack of visuals is what stops me from making a purchase. Nevertheless, the variety of products available is truly impressive!

I really like using this app, but I think they should consider working with a more reliable shipping company such as UPS. It's risky to have packages left on the front porch without anyone being home, especially for those of us living in apartments. The items are too valuable to be treated that way, even if no signature is required. Maybe they should discuss this issue with FedEx. Furthermore, it would be great if customers could write reviews on the products. Sometimes there isn't enough information available about certain items. It's important to know what you're buying before making a purchase. Also, be careful when shopping on this app to avoid going broke. The $10 fee for shipping, handling, and returns can add up quickly. Just something to keep in mind!

You know, I was trying to talk to the service person on the app. They couldn't see what's in my cart. So, they told me to look and I wondered if that would make us stop chatting. I told them I was using the app on my phone. They said it wouldn't end our chat. Then, they asked me to check the items in my cart again. So, I did but then suddenly our conversation ended. I'm feeling really frustrated about it.

The app used to work really well and I was happy with it. I'll give it two stars because it was fantastic when I could log in, but now it just shows a null error. I loved that I could filter out items that were sold out, and the way items were grouped together visually was nice. However, the app hasn't been working for months now, and that's why I uninstalled it.

I really like the stuff Gilt offers! I got the free shipping for a whole year and it will easily cover its cost after a few orders. I think I'll be buying from them even more in the future! I highly suggest giving them a try!
