I won the gifticon event, but the prize did not arrive.

Gifticon events include events where you can check whether you have won in real time when participating in the event, or events where the winners are announced all at once after the event ends.

The delivery timing of discount coupons, free gifticons, and prizes given when winning each event varies for each event.

For detailed event delivery timing, please check the notes on the event details page of [Benefits Plus > Event].

If the prize has not been sent by the time stated after the event winner announcement, please contact [Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry] to request it.

What is a Gifticon discount coupon?

Gifticon discount coupons are a benefit provided only to Gifticon members. There are online coupons issued when winning an event, and offline coupons that can be received at affiliate stores.

Issued online coupons can be checked at [My Gifticon > Cash/Discount Coupon Details > My Discount Coupon].

Offline coupons can be used by registering after entering order information when making a Gifticon order and clicking the View/Apply Discount Coupon button on the payment screen.

How do I check if I won the gifticon event?

You can check your gifticon event participation details and winning status at [My Gifticon > Event Winning Status].

How do I use gifticon savings?

The Wishlist function is a service that allows you to select your favorite products or brands in advance.

You can send your favorite items as a gift from My Gift Box or put them in a DIY gift set.

How do I cancel an order?

When canceling an order, the cancellation amount will be deducted from the billing method according to the payment method used. If the cancellation is made after the invoice has been sent, the amount will be deducted from the next month.

For further details, please refer to the website of each payment agency PG company and the card, bank, or telecommunication company you used.

However, if payment has been completed but the Gifticon coupon has not been sent, you can request payment cancellation directly from Gifticon.
