    The product itself is excellent. However, there are some usability issues with the Users application. For example, when a user clicks on the second item, they are redirected to the details screen of the first item they clicked on. Additionally, navigation back to the previous screen is not working properly and instead directs users to the home screen. These are just a few of the issues present.     The situation was really terrible. When you get the order, you feel helpless. There's no way to return it, get a refund, or even exchange it because they erase your order details. They insist that there's no record of your order. They won't respond to you for six months. Then one day out of the blue, they'll call and tell you it's too late to help because you didn't reach out earlier. It feels like being trapped. Their service is absolutely atrocious.

    So, my experience with this app was really disappointing. At first, I couldn't redeem my gift card because the option was not available. I thought maybe there was some problem. It took them two whole days to finally add the gift card balance as Giva coins. After that, I tried to place an order and paid with UPI, but even though the amount was deducted from my account, the order wasn't confirmed. So, I decided to try again and used my credit card this time, hoping that my money from the first order would be refunded later. But guess what? The same thing happened again – money got deducted but the order was not placed. What a terrible experience.

    I wouldn't even give this app a single star. The customer service is just terrible. I've been trying to reach their agent urgently, but they are always busy. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it's been 4 days and the order still hasn't arrived. They don't seem to prioritize their customers at all. It would have been nice if they at least tried to explain the delay, but they don't even do that.

    The app keeps crashing. It's not easy to use, I had to type messages multiple times and couldn't add gift wrap in the end. Dealt with customer service but it didn't help. Bad experience. Good collections but if the website and the app are always failing, there's no reason to come back.
