For people who can't disable or the disable button in greyed out, there is another way.

1.Go to your browser on PC (chrome or whatever). Don't use your android Browser yet. Step 3 wouldn't work.

2.Search "Color OS Global Search".

3.Look for the one that takes you to google playstore. Then click it.

4.Copy the link in the url bar, then paste it in your android's browser.

5.When you enter the copied url, it should autmatically take you to the android playstore app. If not, find your way.

6.Click uninstall.
