Oh boy, as a rider, let me tell you about this app I use. It's been such a letdown! Sometimes it just doesn't work properly and fails to notify me when there's an order. And the worst part is, I end up getting kicked out for a whole three hours without any orders coming in. And don't even get me started on their customer care... They actually encourage you to reassign orders even though they know that doing so will result in you being locked out for three long hours. It's just so frustrating and disappointing, really!

The app keeps showing "GPS off" even when I turn on GPS and switch on the data connection. It'd be great if you could fix that. Other than that, everything else is working perfectly fine.

Right now, you can't update the app. When you tap on the update button in the profile section, the screen blinks but nothing changes - the app doesn't update. I'm not sure where to report this issue within the app. It's currently stuck on version 2.231.0. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled, but it's still the same version. I've spoken with a few users of the app here in my city, Osijek, Croatia, and we are all facing the same problem.

I've been trying to reach out to Glovo for the past 20 days, but I haven't received a proper response from them anywhere. When I tried calling them, they told me to use the help option in the app. However, I am unable to even access the application to do so. My experience with their customer service over the phone was very disappointing. It's like 0 out of 10. Every time I try to log in to my account, I receive an error message saying "you have reached the API limit." The email address provided for support on the Google Play Store turned out to be false. I received a bounce-back email indicating that the address doesn't exist.

The app isn't working correctly. When you confirm dropping an order, it's shown as an ongoing order on the app. If you're not clear and don't get a new order, you have to wait for a long time. I waited for 6 hours yesterday before I got a new order after resolving this issue. The new version is very bad and the system is running much slower compared to the old version.

The app used to be good, but now it's not good. The restaurant takes too long to prepare the food and doesn't respond to complaints. Sometimes you have to wait 40 minutes to an hour for one order, which is very bad for just 3 or 4 euros. The people at the restaurant don't respect us and their behavior is bad. The latest update for the app is also very bad.🤬😡
