I'm having trouble logging into the app using my password or biometrics, and the website isn't working either. This has never happened to me before. What's worse is that now the app keeps crashing. I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app, but it's still not working. Lately, I've been facing so many issues with the app, and it's getting really frustrating.

The app is super easy to use, with clear directions and helpful reminders. It's my first time getting benefits in Virginia, and this app has made everything much clearer for me. I definitely suggest giving it a try, especially if you tend to forget to file your weekly claims. It's a great app! 👍🏽

I've been using this app without any problems. Occasionally, I have to type in my login details again even though I selected the 'save' option, but it's not a major issue. The app works fine and does what it's supposed to do. However, this morning when I tried to log in, it asked me to update. No worries. I checked the Google Play Store but couldn't find the update option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, yet it still won't let me log in without updating. I can't see an update option anywhere. It's really frustrating. The app is basically unusable now. Please fix this issue.

Oh no! There's a serious issue with the banking program. I've been having a really tough time logging into the app. And to make matters worse, three times already the card has shown "transaction denied". The money disappears from the card account but doesn't process at the place of purchase. No matter how many times I try, the app won't open and keeps showing an error message about a bug. I rely on this app a lot, especially because I had to lock and unlock the card before due to a scam attempt. Now I can't even access the app to unlock the card.

Every single month, there's a problem with this app. It just won't open so that you can unlock your card. It keeps showing an error message about a bug in the app and tells you to update it once the developer fixes the issue. You can't even call customer service because of the bug – it shows other people's information instead of yours. So, you can't even get help from the representative to unlock your card and use it. This is really frustrating and the developers absolutely have to solve this problem permanently. Every single month it's the same issue. No excuses, just do your job and fix it!

Aside from the website, the phone line, and the ATM access, they could freeze up and prevent you from making transactions or getting cash when you need it. This has happened to me three times in three weeks. Besides that, everything has been great, and I'm so thankful that I finally received it! I hope everyone else gets theirs too.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it, no matter what. At first, it worked well but suddenly it just stopped. It was down for a whole week the first time, then it happened again about a month later. Now, it's been more than 30 days since it last worked, maybe even a couple of months. I thought I'd give it another shot today, but still no luck. It's like they don't care enough to fix the problems. Just use the website or give them a call instead of dealing with the stress of the app crashing all the time.

I enjoy using this app a lot. It's very convenient, easy to use, and has made my life easier. However, I've only been using it for about two months. The main issue is that there have been several updates (at least five that I can remember) that caused glitches and made the app shut down completely for days. If they could ensure the programming is correct before releasing updates, they would deserve 5 stars.

I believe this card and app are a scam. New York State made me create an account, but when I try to sign in using the way2go app, it just shows a blank screen. I've tried contacting them about my issue, but they haven't responded. Once I can, I'll withdraw all my funds and stop using this app. The app is mediocre at best and the customer service is terrible.
