I had a really bad experience. Communication was confusing, service was delayed, and it was too expensive. I'd rather go to a local mechanic or the company service center myself instead of using their services. The support team didn't seem to know what they were doing or how to communicate properly when it comes to changing spare parts and letting the customer decide. Despite everything, thanks for the awful experience.

The pricing was not fair at all. They quoted me a price for parts that was almost double the actual cost. Another thing, the person who came asked for an extra Rs 300 for towing. This was unexpected as they were supposed to fix my vehicle right there. There was no mention of this additional charge in the service estimate or bill. Also, I still haven't received a detailed bill of the services provided, only a message stating the amount due. Update: The team was quick to respond and shared the invoice promptly. They continued to check in with me until the problem was completely resolved.

Oh man, my second time using this service was absolutely terrible. They charged me 5500 bucks to fix my Vespa, which had a broken brake and starting problems due to a low battery. But guess what? The Vespa still won't start, they didn't even change the battery after charging such a hefty amount, and I still haven't received a bill explaining why I was charged so much. And to make matters worse, the mechanic hasn't shown up to fix my bike even after more than two weeks.

I had a great experience with gobumpr's door-to-door service. As a busy working person, I couldn't find time to take my vehicle for servicing. Usually, service centers are closed on weekends which made it even harder for me. The service provided by gobumpr was excellent. The finishing work on changing the bumper and repainting was awesome. The car looked as good as new after the whole job. The cost of the service was also cheaper compared to other service providers. It was a really convenient and satisfying experience overall.
