The most recent update, version 9.9.7 released on September 5th, has fixed the problem of the app crashing and losing scoring statistics during rounds which started happening after the update in July. It was really annoying for me because I lost my stats from rounds 79, 82, and 83. I've been using this app for a long time as a paid user, so I am relieved to see that they have fixed these issues. Hopefully, they haven't lost too many users due to this mistake. I will keep an eye on my battery usage during my next round and will provide feedback. Even though I didn't experience any problems with the previous versions, it seems others are now encountering issues.

Injuries stopped me from playing golf since 2020. This golf app has been my favorite since the time when Blackberry was considered cool. The yearly cost increased from $19.99 to $59.99. Club tracking doesn't function as expected, limiting the selection to actual clubs only. It does not track bunker shots, pitches, chips, or punches. Issues keep arising the more I use the app. For example, it shows 999-yard hits despite only walking 100 yards. The correct distance to the green appears, but club tracking fails. I have contacted the company via email.

The app is amazing because it can work on different devices. I usually use it on my iPad, but when I travel abroad, I only bring my Android and it still works perfectly. There was an interesting update recently, and although there was a bit of adjusting to do with the new system, it's not bad at all. I really like that it can now track club distances, I just have to figure out how to use that feature. It's definitely the best golf GPS I've ever used. It's even better than systems that need special hardware and it also has handicap tracking. It's a great app! And what's even better is that when you send feedback to the developers, they actually reply back!

The app is fantastic for measuring distances to pins and keeping track of stats. To make it even better, two things could be added: Firstly, allowing players to jot down notes for each hole that will be saved for future rounds. This feature would come in handy if a hole plays longer with specific clubs or if missing on the right makes it difficult to recover. It would be more convenient to have these notes stored in the app rather than in a separate notebook. Secondly, making it simpler to edit shots post-round in case a player forgets to record a shot during play.

So, there's a problem with the app - the yardages shown in the approach view aren't right. It seems like the numbers for the green are actually showing up as if you're back at the tee box. Besides that, the app has trouble loading when you skip ahead to other holes. And another thing - there doesn't seem to be an option to switch off the green view. I've tried reaching out to the technical support team via email multiple times in the past three weeks, but sadly, there hasn't been any improvement yet.

I enjoy golfing casually and usually don't play more than 2 rounds of 9 holes per week. I use the free version of an app for this reason. It helps me and my playing partners to speed up our game. In June 2021, I couldn't use the app because the GPS wasn't working. I reached out to the developer who promptly responded. Following their instructions, I cleared storage and cache, reloaded the app, and fortunately, my previous data was not lost. However, on July 9, 2021, the app only worked once after clearing the cache and hasn't been working since. I guess it's time for me to search for a new app. 😁

For three months, I've been dealing with performance issues on this app. It keeps freezing my phone and randomly restarting during use. I've reached out to the support team multiple times, but it seems like they're not really interested in helping me. They once advised me to uninstall and reinstall the app, but even after several attempts, it's still not functioning properly. It's disappointing because this app used to work perfectly fine before all these problems started.
