Purchase promotions:

Step1. Please go to any channel (Gourmet Restaurants, Beauty and Stress Relief, Travel Accommodation, Home Delivery Selection) to select the promotion you want to purchase.

Step2. Click "Buy Now" and continue to enter the order information according to the instructions on the page (please select the branch, plan, quantity, personal information, invoice form and payment method).

Step3. After the payment is completed and credited to Gomaji through the bank, your ordering mobile phone and email will receive the redemption coupon serial number. (Note 1)

(Reminder: If you use Gomaji APP to purchase goods, please first confirm whether the mobile phone verification and binding has been completed. If it has been completed, you will receive a push notification of successful purchase within one minute. Click "Go". Check the redemption voucher serial number, mobile SMS will not be sent separately)

Step4. Be sure to present this redemption coupon when you go to the store to prove that you have purchased this promotion. (Note 2)

Supported payment methods:

Gomaji provides the following payment methods. Depending on the device you use and the discount level you purchase, the payment methods provided by the system are different. Please refer to the checkout page.

[Credit Card] Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Visa debit card.

[ATM transfer] Please go to an ATM teller machine/online ATM to transfer money. The payment must be completed before 23:59 on the day after the order is completed. If the order is completed after 23:00, the payment deadline will be extended to before 23:59 on the next day. (The bank will charge a handling fee of 0~15 yuan for inter-bank transfers)

[Payment at FamilyMart Famiport] Please go to the FamilyMart convenience store to pay. Payment must be completed before 23:59 the day after the order is completed. If the transaction time is after 23:00, the payment deadline will be postponed to before 23:59 the next day. (No handling fee/Single payment amount is capped at 20,000 yuan)

After payment is made and Gomaji is credited to your account, the redemption voucher serial number will be sent to your ordering mobile phone and email immediately. Be sure to present the redemption voucher serial number when you go to the store to make purchases.

[LINE Pay] Please register as a LINE Pay member first, and you can use LINE points/LINE Points for discount. According to the page, this payment method is not applicable to some products. (Cards issued in Taiwan only)

[Apple Pay] can only be used for APP orders. Please complete the Apple Pay credit card binding first. According to the page, some products are not applicable to this payment method. (JCB card requires iOS 10.2 or above to be used)

[Taiwan Pay] Please register as a Taiwan Pay member (Taiwan Mobile Payment) first and complete the credit/debit card binding. According to the page, this payment method is not applicable to some products. How to bind App?

Step1. Please click "My → Login" at the bottom of the APP screen

Step2. Enter the mobile phone authentication screen, please click "Agree to the terms and verify number".

Step3. After receiving the verification code SMS, some mobile phone models will automatically bring the verification code into the field and complete it. Some mobile phone models need to enter the verification code by themselves to complete the verification.

※ Reminder: Please do not forward the verification code SMS or inform others of the verification code!

※ After completing the login verification, you can confirm or make changes through personal settings/my account/e-mail confirmation; if the email you want to bind is not in the selectable list, please contact Gomaji online customer service: Official LINE/FB/IG/official website/app (click the green circle icon at the bottom of the page), service hours are Monday to Friday 09:00~18:00 (excluding national holidays), please provide the orderer information (phone number) when incoming messages , e-mail, name), we will assist in processing during working hours.

How to use redemption voucher?

Step1. Please use it within the discount redemption period and follow the rules for using the redemption coupon. If you need to reserve a class, please complete the reservation first and proactively inform the use of the Gomaji redemption coupon.

Step2. After confirming that the reservation is completed, please be sure to present the redemption voucher during the reservation time (show the redemption voucher serial number/qr code in Gomaji APP or use the self-verification function. If you do not use Gomaji APP, please present the redemption voucher SMS or email Print the redemption coupon) and go to the store for verification by store staff.

Step3. After the store staff confirms that the information is correct, you can use the redemption coupon to enjoy the discount plan.

Rules for using discount serial numbers:

1. Each order is limited to one discount serial number. e.g. The invoicing fee discount serial number and the marketing or other discount serial number can only be used for a single order.

2. Once the discount serial number is used, it will become invalid immediately and may not be reused or returned. Expiration will be deemed as a waiver.

3. Discount serial numbers cannot be accumulated or used in combination, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Please use the discount serial number according to the denomination or discount number, period of use, amount threshold, and applicable grade.

5. If it is a fixed discount serial number and the discount face value is higher than the order amount, the unused discount serial number face amount will be automatically invalid and the amount cannot be retained.
