The Google Assistant on my Pixel 6a hasn't been functioning due to a continuous problem with updating. Despite having the latest Android version and up-to-date apps, the Assistant remains stuck in the "download in progress" stage whenever I attempt to update it. I've attempted various troubleshooting methods like restarting the device, clearing cache and data, but each time the download progress halts midway, despite some initial seeming progress. Even after multiple attempts, the same issue occurs consistently. Without resetting the device, the Assistant doesn’t proceed past the download page; instead, it just displays a rapidly rolling progress bar indefinitely.

I have an excellent search application that I use often, but there is one issue I encounter. The menu for downloading songs does not open when I tap it. For instance, when I select a song like "Force-a-Nature" from Funkipedia Fnf vs Mann co and press the three dots on the right, the menu where the download button should be doesn't appear, even though I am tapping it correctly. It seems like there might be an error with Google itself since my touchscreen is functioning perfectly.
