Card limit - 5000 ₽

You can spend 5000 ₽ on events from the "Pushkin Program," of which up to 2000 ₽ can be spent on movie tickets.

The card cannot be cashed out or recharged independently.

It's a real shame. I wanted to check my card, but there are no devices where this app works. White screen for 3 days and still no progress. Why can't you fix it? Why can't you provide the users with the desktop version of this app?

The app is convenient, but why did they send a notification for Moscow time instead of local time? I would have gone to the theater at 11:30 instead of 18:30 if I hadn't double-checked the tickets...
