    I have been using this app a lot for shopping recently. The app is well developed, but my experience hasn't been great. I ordered items twice, but they were missing when my delivery arrived. I had to pay for items that weren't there. Please, app managers, hire honest people so this doesn't happen again.

    I tried out a service in Pakistan that was really good at the beginning. But gradually, like many things there, the service started to decline. I'm feeling sad about deleting the app because I've chosen not to order from them anymore. During my last two orders, items were missing. I had also made a complaint last time, but I still haven't received any response. Now, I have moved over to Airlift. They provide excellent services with great quality, accuracy in orders, and perfect delivery. The only downside is that they offer fewer products, but hopefully they will expand their range in the future.

    I've been using this app for about seven months. Lately, their service has been really poor – deliveries are late, riders reject jobs for no reason, and two of my payments have been pending for days. I keep calling the grocer app's helpline every day, but they just make promises without actually fixing my issues. I'm extremely let down and now, I think I should stop using this app.

    In April 2020, my experience was not great. However, I soon discovered that they are very punctual and their quality is top-notch. Everything from packing to delivery is excellent, and they also offer monthly deals. Some items may be a bit pricier compared to the market, but it's convenient to have them delivered to your doorstep. Their grocer club offer is fantastic. I hope they maintain their quality and support as their customer base grows. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

    Just set up! Here's a thought for you: it could be helpful to include options for making a list of your groceries and marking favorites (kinda like what the Metro App does). This would definitely speed up the process for anyone looking to buy their monthly groceries.

    I tried ordering groceries online for the first time. I felt a little anxious at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The vegetables I received were fresh and they arrived on time. The only downside was that I didn't receive the turnips I ordered, despite being charged for them.     This app is good. Here are some suggestions that can help both the sender and receiver. 1.Put the contact number on the bill so the delivery person can call without waiting. 2.List the items that are not available so buyers can choose substitutes. Don't let them find out about missing items only upon delivery. 3.Double-check the items because I received the wrong item (chia seeds instead of kalwanji). It was definitely a mistake.
