Stop Booking Timings:
Everyday Online and Mobile Booking will be stopped for day end process for half an hour between 23:50 to 00:20. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Child Fare Criteria:
A child of not more than five years of age shall not be reckoned.
A child of not more than twelve years of age shall be reckoned as one-half.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund claims shall be submitted by passengers (At Depots, By E-mail, At Division office or GSRTC toll free –Helpdesk or by complaints or grievance on refund (Gsrtc.in or By Mobile Application) within 30 days from the date of Journey.
If Passenger has not travelled, and bus departing late by more than 2 (two) hours or service partially operated or service not operated , full/partially refund will provided as per GSRTC rules.
Instructions to Avoid Fail Transaction:
It has been advised to E-Ticket Users to take care of following measures/points at the time of booking to avoid failure transaction
User should never press either forward or Back buttons during the transaction.
User should never refresh the page during the transaction.
Please ensure the reliable Internet Connectivity during entire transaction.
Ensure whole transaction should be completed within 15 minutes otherwise Seat might have got released.
For any FAILURE Transactions during E & M Booking (Amount debited from the bank account but Ticket no generated), Refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Q. Can I book Journey started bus or already In-transition buses?
A.Yes, you can book through Current Booking option in our Mobile Apps. Seats are not assured and Cancellation not allowed for current booking tickets.
Q. Can I Track my Bus and view on live Maps?
A. Yes, you can Track your bus through Track My Bus link and you can view exact location of your bus in map.
Q. Do I need to register a user account with GSRTC to book online (e-ticket)?
A. No, you can book as Guest User in all Booking modes.
Q. Does booking online (e-ticket) cost me more?
A. No, e-ticket booking does not include any additional charges. It will cost as much as you buy a reservation ticket from the counter.
Q. Does booking through mobile cost me more?
A. No, mobile booking does not include any additional charges. It’s a free service.
Q. Does booking at GSRTC franchisee (Agency) counters cost me more?
A. No! The fare remains same in GSRTC owned counters and franchisee counters.
Q. Is it mandatory to carry ID proof for e-ticket?
A. Yes. It is a compulsory to carry photo ID proof. Passenger is supposed to produce it at the time of boarding to conductor and to any authorized GSRTC staff during journey.
