The app was great before, but now it keeps freezing when I try to type my message. It's so annoying and makes me not want to use it anymore. It's fine on my laptop, but the mobile version is just terrible after the update. I really miss the old version.

This app is really frustrating. It's just bad. I can't add money to my account. The app shows an error and then suddenly closes. I switched to a browser but still couldn't deposit. I just want to share photos with my loved one, but I can't. Please, do something about this terrible app. Lately, it's had so many problems. It often won't show messages properly, stops me from sending them, and keeps freezing when I try to open it. Fix it, please!

The interface is really bad. It's confusing and disorganized. I had to do some steps on the app and some on the web interface. I put money into the inmate's account thinking it would let me send a message. But you actually have to add money to your "families and friends account" to send a message. I don't even know how I finally made it work. I just clicked every button I could find until something went through. The service they offer is important, but this app is just awful.

Oh, man, this app is just terrible. I mean, the desktop version is awesome - no issues there. But when it comes to the app, it's a complete nightmare. It's like it's always stuck on loading screens, and you keep getting these error messages about messages not loading, contacts not loading, photos not uploading, and balance unable to load. It's like nothing ever works smoothly on the app, except for depositing money, which, surprise surprise, you have to pay them for. And even that seems fishy because why would that be the only thing that works consistently? I've tried using it on my computer too, but it's not much better.

Oh man, this app is the worst! I can't even see my profile because it just won't load. And when I try to click on it, the whole app freezes up. Plus, whenever I attempt to make a deposit, all I get is some stupid error message. The only thing this app is good for is receiving messages from my loved one. It's so frustrating to use, not user-friendly at all. They must have tried really hard to make everything as complicated as possible, just like every other dumb app out there.
