You want to use an app with a portable speaker for jamming without carrying a big amp. The app is great but has low volume. The app's max volume is lower than my phone's. Now I have to use Tonebridge, even though it's not as good in usability and sound quality, but at least I can hear myself during pop-up jam sessions.

The app is good overall. The pedals work well and are simple to adjust. My only problem is that I can't achieve a completely clean sound from any of the amp/cab pairings – there's always a bit of distortion. I'm unsure if it's the program or the TC Helion Guitar Pro interface, or maybe it runs smoother on Apple gadgets, but it's a letdown. It would also be nice if there was a slight delay in the looper feature after hitting record to give me time to prepare; I can't grow another hand!

Just like others who left negative feedback, I was frustrated because the thing wouldn't work. No sound at all. Missed a notification for allowing a specific function. After restarting my Note 8, reattaching everything, giving permission, it works fine now. A slight delay on some ads, but most are fine. Great app! Just give it the necessary permission and ensure file transfer setting is on. Loving this app.

I suggest not paying for this app. I paid and now I'm struggling to cancel my subscription. I tried sending an email, but it wouldn't go through. There's no option on the website to cancel, and it's hard to find any contact information. Every attempt to cancel leads to a dead end - errors or non-existing web pages.

You feel positive about the original iRig. You were tempted to buy it at a lower price when you first tried it, but you hesitated because your iRig hadn't arrived yet. Now that you have it and can confirm it works, you find the current price a bit high.

Latency is more than 2 seconds. My interface is fine, but sometimes there's noise and the output delay happens randomly - like sometimes nothing comes out for a few seconds, then suddenly it plays what I did earlier.

You saved 2 presets weeks ago, but now you can't save new ones. When you click share and go through the steps, the new preset doesn't load to "My Presets." The app has great authentic production, but you want to save your presets for full benefits.
