GoodDoc non-face-to-face medical treatment is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the CS Center is open from 09:00 - 19:00 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends and holidays. Please note that inquiries and requests can only be processed during the operating hours of the CS Center, and inquiries received during non-operating hours are processed sequentially on the next business day.
