I really like using Daily Strength. It's been my go-to for years. This app has helped me a lot in creating and monitoring my workouts. The calendar view is great because I can see all the days I worked out marked with dots. I was thrilled with the latest update that asked if I wanted to update my workout with the exercise substitutions I made. Now I can easily choose which exercises to include. I have been waiting for this feature for some time, and it's just perfect!

This app is amazing! I used to use the 5x5 stronglifts app, but I switched and found this one. It's so simple and has great features. The one-time payment is a big plus for me. My only small issue is with the rest timer—it would be nice if it kept counting or had a second timer for 30-60 seconds later like the other app does. Sometimes I need a bit more rest for a tough set without extending all my breaks. Overall, though, this app is fantastic!

This app is awesome for keeping track of workouts at the gym. There are lots of preset routines to pick from, but I prefer to create my own. It's simple and lets me customize my routine. I can track both weightlifting and cardio exercises in one routine. It would be better if the rest timer was bigger so that I could see it from further away. Adding a few more ab/core exercises would make this app even better.

Enjoying this app a lot because of its flexibility and the ready-to-go workout routines. Been using it for just a week and already starting to push myself more. Love that I can adjust weights and reps easily during the workout. No need to go back and edit afterward. This app is great! Thanks! The new trainer feature is exactly what I wanted. Fantastic update!

I got this app and gave it a 10 out of 10. I paid for the premium version and I really like it. I also signed up for the coach subscription, but I wish there were mobility and aerobic training choices. Overall, I think it's great and recommend it. I've tried over 10 other apps, but this one is definitely the best since it's a one-time purchase. It's totally worth it!

That business model is great. You pay for the app, then use it. It's cool that you can create your own workout. But there are some simple exercises missing - like wallsits and jumping jacks. Most exercises focus on strength training in the gym, which needs equipment. That's not practical during COVID times. Despite that, it's nice and a welcome change from subscription-based apps.

This app for gym training is really great and I use it every day. I have one suggestion for improvement: sometimes I forget to choose a superset exercise, and after my workout, if I want to change it to a superset, I can't do it without deleting everything and starting over, losing all my progress. It would be helpful if I could edit or select two exercises and then change them to a superset.

I tried a lot of apps, but none worked as well for me. Getting the pro version is worth it, especially for backing up when switching phones. I really like that the workout keeps going even if you close the app by mistake, which is a feature that doesn't get enough credit. It would be great if they could fix the issue where some exercises remember the weight/reps from a different exercise, but it's not a big deal because the history button shows the right info. Keep up the good work and thanks for the support!

I started using this app a week ago to keep track of my workout and share it. I really like it. I don't pay for the premium version, I just use the free one. There aren't too many ads like some other apps. It doesn't constantly remind you about the premium features either. I wouldn't mind upgrading to premium now. The layout is easy to use, you can create your own routine and set goals. There's a long list of exercises, all neatly organized. I'm really impressed.
