Q2: What are the precautions when converting to a fine?

A: Before converting to a fine, you must read the instructions and check the Agree box to proceed with the conversion.

Q3: Can’t I check more than 100 violation records on my mobile phone?

A: Yes, since it is difficult to display more than 100 violation records on my mobile phone, you need to access Traffic Complaints 24 on a PC to check.

Q4: How do I apply for the Good Driving Mileage?

A: If you are eligible, you can apply for the Good Driving Mileage by clicking the ‘Apply for Good Driving Mileage’ menu and clicking the Apply button.

Q5: How do I apply for an investigation reservation?

A: You can apply for an investigation reservation by clicking the Apply button in the ‘Investigation Reservation List’ menu, displaying the schedule calendar, and then selecting the desired schedule to apply for a reservation.

Q6: Where can I check the driver’s license suspension period?

A: You can check the driver’s license suspension period in the ‘Driver’s License Suspension Period Inquiry’ menu, and it provides information such as the disposition police station, decision date, and suspension period.

Q7: How do I pay the fine?

A: Unpaid fines can be paid through the ‘Pay Unpaid Fines’ menu via the Internet Giro mobile app.

① Menu: Brings up the Traffic Complaints 24 menu.

② Logo: Clicking the Traffic Complaints 24 logo will take you to the main screen.

③ Login: Moves to the login screen.

④ Main notification: Displays important notification content.

⑤ Menu shortcut: Provides a shortcut to the main menu.

⑥ Main information: Provides information on the Good Driving Mileage score, aptitude (renewal) period end date, number of unpaid fines, and number of unpaid fines.

⑦ Bulletin board: Displays notices and frequently asked questions. Clicking more will take you to the bulletin board.
