The app currently includes the following functionalities:

• My Appointments: Patients can check their upcoming appointments and view attendance records for the past year.

• BookHA (Book Specialist Outpatient Clinic): Users can request appointments at Specialist Outpatient Clinics for various specialties such as Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, and more.

• Pay HA: Enabling patients to settle fees and access billing information through different payment methods like "Scan and Pay" and "Barcode for convenience stores."

• Rehab: Allows patients in rehabilitation programs to follow prescribed exercises via multimedia materials like videos and games from therapists.

• Medication: Helps patients track their dispensing records, drug details, and allergies.

• My Health Info: Users can receive health guidance in the form of e-pamphlets, videos, or soundtracks, with options for repetition control, background playback, and information sourced from the Hospital Authority.

Additional features are expected to be introduced in the future. The app supports both English and Chinese languages.

    The WiFi for my HA Go account isn't working. I can't download my member profile no matter how many times I try. When I click on "Contact Us," it just opens the Outlook app, which I don't use. There's no phone number or email to ask for help. Is there another way to get help with this app issue?

    This computerized hospital application is not good. It only has payment, registration, and limited medicine records. It doesn't even have a visit record.
