How long will it take to receive my refund?

Here's how long a refund should take depending on your original method of payment:

    Debit or Credit Card: A max of 14 working days, depending on your bank. Not including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

    Virtual Account & AstraPay: Within a few minutes to your Halodoc Balance.

    Halodoc Balance & Halocoins: Within a few minutes.

    GoPay, DANA, and LinkAja: Within a few minutes.

Note:

Only for online consultations: Most credit cards are pre-authorized, meaning no amount would have been deducted from your account if your transaction gets canceled. Your transaction may not show on your credit card history.

If you paid with a combination of Halodoc Balance, Halocoins and/or a digital wallet, your refund will be sent to the respective payment methods in the same amounts as your initial payment.

My balance was deducted for a failed teleconsultation. What should I do?

If your consultation fails for any reason (doctor is a no-show, technical issue from our side, etc), your refund will be processed in full.
